A Saudi private investment company, working on a long horizon.
MSICo is the short name for Mohannad Hesham Hamad Bin Saedan Investment Company — a Saudi Limited Liability company (one partner), headquartered in Riyadh and established in September 2024.
We invest our own capital in a small number of positions we understand, and we take an operating role where it helps. We do not manage outside money. We do not lead public rounds. We do not publish our deals.

Three areas. Each one sharpens the others.
Real estate
Selective development and ownership in primary Saudi markets. The Bin Saedan name has been associated with Saudi real estate for decades; we continue that work in a contemporary register.
Growth sectors
Long-horizon sectors that intersect with the Kingdom's transformation — energy, tourism, entertainment, healthcare, logistics — where patience is an advantage rather than an obstacle.
§ 03Approach
We think slowly. We move rarely. We move carefully.
We invest with a long horizon, in a small number of positions. We do not enter what we do not understand, and we do not exit just because a market moves. The three areas compound on each other: what we learn in technology sharpens our real estate decisions, and the relationships we hold in traditional sectors open doors for the digital products we build.

Privately held, managed in-house. The company carries full authority to appoint management, sign contracts, and act — as recorded in the Articles of Incorporation filed with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.
